| The Fitness Center boasts some of the most advanced equipment available. Within the Center is an area for free weights, a 16-station Cybex exercise center and an extensive range of state-of-the-art cardio equipment. There is also a floating hardwood floor for group fitness classes and a second fitness room for stretching, yoga and Pilates. Personal training, private sessions, osteopathy and massage services are available by appointment. Special events and competitions are held regularly. |

Biography: Dan Shimon has been working at the Club Fitness Center for over six years as a qualified personal trainer. Prior to this, he was a graduate of the prestigious Wingate Institute of Israel, the nation's top institute for physical education and sport. He is also certified to give first aid. |

Name: Billy Tseng
Title: Personal Trainer
Biography: Billy Tseng is an experienced water fitness instructor and indoor cycling instructor. He is certified as a fitness instructor and group exercise leader by the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also certified by the Chinese Taipei Bodybuilding Federation as a personal trainer and has worked for the federation in that capacity. He is qualified to give first aid by both the Red Cross and Taiwan Athletic Trainers Society. |

Name: Anthony Fares
Title: Physiotherapist
Biography: Anthony Fares has more than 16 years of experience in sports-related physiotherapy. Prior to joining the Club, he trained in Belgium and Great Britain, where he obtained a degree in physical therapy from Belgium's Universite Libre de Bruxelles and a degree in osteopathy from its International Academy of Osteopathy. Anthony specializes in spine and joint manipulation, body and muscle adjustment, internal organ therapy and craniosacral therapy. He also offers deep-tissue massage for health and relaxation. |
