| HR Manager |
1. HR Generalist focus areas in C&B, Recruitment, Performance review, orientation, policies and procedures and legal compliance.
2. Lead, direct and guide in all areas of HR Management.
3. The HRM will work closely with the department heads to coordinate.
4. Design and implement effective and varied employee communication, welfare, and social and community activities.
5. Formulate and administer the Human Resources policies and procedures within the Club.
6. Prepare budget for Capex, administrative, training, employee relations, and welfare requirements.
7. Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of diverse background
8. Hotel Managements School or University graduate, advanced degree in HR, Org. Behavior, Industrial Relation,
9. 5+ years in supervisory/managerial position in HR in multinational company
10. Good command both verbal and written English.
11. Self-motivated, driving result, customer oriented, teamwork spirit
