With the coming of spring, everything is turning fresh and colorful, with flowers ready to send forth tender buds. Flower Instructor Ostin will be here again to lead you in designing your own floral display! Let’s have fun and celebrate spring with these beautiful floral arrangements!
Flower Instructor – Ostin Chang
Ostin who graduated from the National Taiwan University of Art; has fifteen years experience in floral decor and his expertise covers a wide range of floral designs and arrangements in hotels, homes, offices and large stores. With long term assignments as the flower designer for 5-star hotels in Taipei such as the Westin Taipei, and at Elite Concept Ostin now works at the Petite-Fleur Workshop, the Hana Hana Flower Shop and at his own personal workshop.
