HIIT (Expired)

 

High Intensity Interval Training class has 3 bouts; each bout has 6 exercises with an exercise to rest ratio on 1:1 which means 1 minute exercise: 1 minute rest.  These exercises are going to be movements that engage the Lower Body, upper body as well as Core. This workout is suitable for complete beginners as well as conditioned exercisers as the coach will show variations for every type. This style of training will boost your metabolism up to 2-3 folds and is excellent to burn fat, improve cardiovascular conditioning as well as improve oxygen uptake.
