ACC’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on

Saturday, March 18, 2023

commencing 10 a.m. in the California Room

 

In accordance with the ACC Articles of Association, over 50% of our Voting Bondholders are required to be present (or by proxy) to meet a quorum (688). Further, voting Club Members need to approve the 2023 agenda items (Governors, Supervisors, Club Financials, 2023Operating & CapEx Budgets, etc.) in order to continue club operations uninterrupted.

We sincerely request that you can make the effort to stop by the Club on Saturday, March 18, to vote and ideally stay for the AGM at 10 a.m.

10 a.m. – AGM

Noon-2 p.m. – Tennis Court Kids Funfair. Free Entry

5- 9:30 p.m. – ACC Member Appreciation Party – *Members Only* (Under 12 years-of-age Free Entry)

 

AGM information will be mailed as usual in late February, while other materials will be available on February 24 in the Members Only section of the website (please click here, login required) and on Club’s notice board, the website and copies are available at the front desk, to help you make an informed choice.

 

Please complete and return your “Attendance Card” or your “Non-Attendance Card & Proxy” with your Ballot as soon as possible and plan to visit the club on Saturday, March 18 to help ensure we meet our physical attendance requirements.

In an effort to drive more interest, we have made some changes this year:

  • 8:30 – 10 a.m. – Light Complimentary Continental Breakfast at the Terrace
  • Noon – 2 p.m. – FREE Kids FunFair at the Tennis Court
  • Food & Beverage “exclusive” credit discount

Also be reminded that on the same day, we have the 2023 Annual Member Appreciation Party, in partnership with Audi Taiwan, where we will close the Club that afternoon till evening to thank all the Members for their support of the AGM and another successful year.
Members may still vote while the clubhouse is closed to set up for the party and during the party until sufficient ballots are collected. You will need to show that you have voted to enter the Member Appreciation Party for all eligible voting Members.

We are expecting a large number of Members to attend the party and considering that we will be serving plenty of beer and wine for adults, it is highly recommended for Members to take a taxi – or public transportation.
