Hatha Yoga (Expired)

Hatha Yoga, traditional form of Yoga holding each Yogic asana for aprox 40-50 second equating to 3-5 deep breaths. The goal is to allow the body to comfortably adjust in each posture while incorporating mindfulness and deep breathing for an optimal experience. The class starts with 3 styles of Sun Salutations for warm up followed by standing postures, seated postures to relaxation supine postures and concludes with a brief guided meditation.
