COVID-19 Updates: A fine-tuning the Guest admission policy and indoor dining restrictions


The Club sent out an announcement last night at 8:31 pm. The email has been resent and the issue has already resolved. We apologize and thank you for your understanding.


In response to the Government’s latest COVID-19 Guidelines, we are pleased to announce a partial relaxation of the Club’s access restrictions and COVID-19 Protocols that will take effect on Tuesday, October 5.


Guest Admission Policy

Commencing Tuesday, October 5, 2021Members may introduce four (4) guests per family membership at one time. For further guest admission policy information, please see the details below: 

  • Each Member family may bring a maximum of four (4) guests at one time.
  • Members can bring guests to utilize F&B facilities, Nursery, Salon “ONLY”.
  • Guests are NOT allowed to use the Sports Facilities.
  • Domestic Caregivers are counted as guests.
  • Domestic Caregivers who look after seniors or people with disabilities do not count as guests and may visit the Club at any time with the Members they are caring for.
  • Registration can be made on-site or in advance via computer.
  • Members’ guests upon entering the Club must also scan the CDC QR code (next to the temperature check station).
  • Members’ guests will be required to undertake the mandatory temperature check and follow the Club’s COVID-19 Protocols.
  • Members must also enter their guests’ FULL names and Phone Numbers in the Guest Book which is located on the counter near the Guest Registration system for COVID-19 Track and Trace purposes. The Guest Book is being reinstated to assist with potential COVID-19 tracing.
  • In tapping one’s Membership Card to enter and in introducing guests as outlined above, Members are giving their legal guarantee that they and their guests conform to the latest COVID-19 protocols that are posted on the pillars next to the card access system.
  • The California and San Francisco Rooms are available for Member sponsored events
    • No Guest Ban for entry into the California Room and San Francisco Room. However, the number of guests in both venues will be dependent upon any Government limitations on the number of people allowed in indoor gatherings.
    • Member’s guests attending such events are not allowed to enter the Club beyond the front desk security gates.
    • Member host/hosts will be required to provide a list of attendees AND to ensure that each guest has scanned the CDC QR code – a Government requirement for potential COVID-19 tracking purposes.
    • Attendees will be requested to sign a Travel & Health Self-Declaration.

Please follow the Club’s existing COVID-19 protocols that have been supplemented by the following:

  • Members who have completed their 14 days of quarantine are still required to practice an additional 7-day self-health management. During these additional 7 days, Members are not allowed to enter the Club. 
  • Members who attended the “Travel Bubble with Palau” are required to practice a 5-day “enhanced” self-health management, plus a 9-day standard self-health management. During these 14 days, Members are not allowed to enter the Club. The protocols are in strict compliance with the Government’s guidelines, please click here for details.

Indoor Dining

There will be a partial easing of the indoor dining restrictions, please see the details below: (The latest in BOLD)

  • Checkerboard-style seating will no longer be a requirement, however, the minimum distance of 1.5 meters between tables will still be maintained. 
  • Commencing Thursday, 2021 October 7, the Rendezvous’ operation hours will be reinstated to 11:30 ~ 23:00 (last food orders 22:00).
  • Members must wear a mask at all times when not eating or drinking.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy dining environment – All service teams are required to wear masks, and face shields at all times and to frequently wash their hands.
  • Members who enter Rendezvous are also required to take temperature checks and to scan their CDC QR code (next to the temperature check station).
  • Takeaway Orders – Please contact the Front Desk Staff for pick up.



Nursery’s operations will return to normal hours from 09:00 ~ 21:00. Precautionary measures that WILL remain are:

  • Reservation only by calling the Nursery at 2885-8260 ext.558
  • Limited to a maximum of 15 adults and/or children at any one time.
  • Staff and Members must wear a mask at all times.
  • No drinks or food allowed.


Baby Pool

The Baby Pool will reopen on Tuesday, October 5. Please see the precautionary measures below:

  • Operation Hours:
    Summer (May 1-October 31): Daily 6:00 – 20:30|
    Winter (November 1- April 30): Closed
  • Reservation Hours: 07:00 ~ 20:00 daily. Reservations can only be made one day in advance or on the day itself. Please click here to see the schedule.

  • Real name registration is required at the Swimming Pool Office.
  • Limited to only a 1-hour booking for the use of one family ( this does not include friends/guests), which will be followed by a 30 minute break to sanitize the pool area.
  • Members wishing to extend another hour will be subject to real time limitation of people in the baby pool at that moment.
  • Swimmers must wear a mask while changing clothes in the locker rooms and before entering the pool and immediately after getting out of the pool.

Outdoor Jacuzzi

The outdoor Jacuzzi will reopen on Tuesday, October 5. Please see the precautionary measures below:

  • Operation Hours: 6:00 a.m. ~ 8:30 p.m.
  • Reservation Hours: 7:00 a.m. ~ 8:00 p.m. daily. Reservations can only be made one day in advance OR on the day of use. Please click here to see the schedule.
