Book Review by Member Ms. Tina Huang
I read Salt Sisters prior to its’ official publication and was transported immediately (similar to the main character Izzy) from the warmth of Asia to the chilly English coastal village of Seahouses, where the novel is set. Salt Sisters is a real escapist fantasy that has all the best ingredients, a family with secrets, a whodunit and built-up suspense that makes it a page-turner. I devoured the entire book in 3 days and was left hoping for a sequel!
2. Dirt: Adventures in Lyon as a Chef in Training, Father, and Sleuth Looking for the Secret of French Cooking by Bill Buford (Travel)
3. Tyrannosaurus Wrecks by Stuart Gibbs (Children’s)
