Chef Chumpol Jangprai was literally born in the kitchen of his family’s renowned Thai restaurant and in 2003 was named “The Best Young Chef in Bangkok” by the international gourmet media Saveur; he was also invited to train chef teams, write cooking books and he has hosted several gourmet TV shows. Today, renowned Chef Jangprai who has almost 30 years’ experience is known as “The Best New Generation IRON CHEF in Thai Cooking”. Chef Jangprai is the director of the Siam Wisdom restaurant where his vision is to allow his customers to explore everything from the ancient to the future of Thai cuisine. While here at ACC he would like to give ACC Members a new experience of Thai food – beyond the standard classic dishes that many people will already be familiar with. We are very honored to invite this renowned international chef to ACC, this is really a rare opportunity so be sure to sign up now!
