Rolling~ Rolling~ Roll your very own handmade Tang Yuan! Using glutinous rice flour to roll into small balls with sweet fillings. Interesting and tasty!   Why & When do people make Tang Yuan? Tang Yuan (湯圓) is a homophone of and frequent metaphor for a family reunion (團圓), and so for many Chinese families worldwide Tang Yuan is usually eaten together with the family. The round shape of the balls and the bowls in which they are served, come to symbolize family togetherness.
