Sigis Beer Stop Notice (Expired)

Dear ACC Members,

In our ongoing effort to find ways to improve our service quality and enhancing the members` dining experience in Sigis, we are making a few changes to improve our draft beer offerings, and server efficiency, which will take effect on July 1.

We will change the draft beer offered in Sigis to Carlsberg as that is the most popular beer in the outlet, but will still offer our complete beer selections, including Kronenbourg 1664 and Heineken in the bottle.

Prompting the changes was that to date; only Kronenbourg 1664 draft beer was directly available in Sigis; Heineken and Carlsberg drafts could be ordered, but these had to be served at the Rendezvous Bar, which required a Sigis’ server to go back and forth between both outlets. This could take a Sigis’ server up to ten minutes to accomplish which in turn could delay service to the three or four tables which the server getting the beer is also responsible.

We seek your kind understanding in our efforts to better serve our Members to the high standards expected without compromising our wide selection of options.
