ACC Welcomes Chef Patrick Benedetti from Osteria by Angie

ACC will work with one of the most popular Italian restaurants in Taipei – Osteria by Angie in October to present series of the fabulous events in the Club. We are very honored to invite their executive chef who is now based in Dazhi branch- Chef Patrick Benedetti to ACC and lead Members to follow his pure Toscana way.

Chef Patrick who hails from Tuscany in central Italy, developed his culinary passion and talent from an early age.  Upon completing his culinary education, Patrick worked his way through major kitchens and became chef in Turin at the young age of 22.  With a simple but straight forward cooking approach, Patrick offers authentic Italian food with seasonal ingredients in his robust yet pure Italian style.

The menu is composed with Patrick’s preferred dishes from around Italy. Beginning with the seafood Panzanella, a Toscana-flavored tomato and bread salad, tossed with lemon oil and tomato vinegar dressing to start up the appetite.

Orecchiette, it resembles the shape and is the literal translation of “small ear” in Italian.  Combining the conventional cream sauce with flavors of wild mushrooms and Italian pepper sausage, this dish offers a creamy and smooth finish.

The Tuscany style oven-roasted pork ribs present a perfect harmony between the crackling skin and the softness from layers of steam-baked meat. Served with rosemary baked potatoes to enhance the herbal flavor, this plate represents the pure and direct Toscana cooking style.

A meal isn’t complete without the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu.  Bask in the double-joy of creamy Mascarpone cheese and mild bitterness of espresso cocoa, it brings the highest gratification to your stomach.

Attendees will be organized in groups of 3-5 people for the class. Over 15 years old is required.

Sign up deadline is 5 days; Cancel before 72 hours of the event day to avoid charges.
This event requires a minimum attendance of 18 Members, if not achieved the class will be cancelled.
This event is not included under ACC’s minimum charge policy.
