A Celebration of the Best Serving the Best
ACC’s biggest and most fun-filled event of the year is coming in November!
It is very important that once Members receive their Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) packages, they read the included documents, complete their ballot and submit their attendance forms to Deloitte and Touche in the included envelope or drop them off in the ballot box located at the main reception at the Club. As with every year, it is essential that a sufficient number of Members are willing to be at the on Saturday, November 12 in order to achieve the physical presence required by Taiwanese regulation, otherwise, the Board of Governors will be forced to reschedule the AGM to a later date and rescheduled “at approximately NT$400k additional costs to the Club.”
On the afternoon of the AGM, the Club will also hold our “ACC Family Fun Day” to provide our Members one more reason to come to the Club on this day as well as to thank you for your tremendous support throughout the year. This exceptionally low priced “once a year” party is offered as a benefit to you for your support of the AGM and being a valuable part of ACC. (Please note: Members who are eligible to vote must submit an attendance form for the AGM.)

IMPORTANT: Children MUST wear tennis shoes, or remove their footwear while participating in our carnival located on the tennis courts.
- Return your ballot and attendance form to ACC no later than November 7 to enjoy the Early Bird Prices. We encourage our Members to vote as soon as possible.
- Buy your fun day tickets at the ACC front desk.
- In order to attend the ACC Family Fun day Members who are eligible to vote must “submit a ballot” and an ”attendance form” for the November 12 AGM. (Please note that as with previous years, the AGM will be extended throughout the day to accept ballots and attendance forms to meet the minimum attendance requirements for the AGM; so it is acceptable to submit your ballot upon arrival at the party.)
- We will accept charges into Member’s account only; cash payment will be available on November 12.
- Guests will only qualify for the Early Bird Prices if the hosting Member has voted no later than November 7.
