Before the summer is upon us, it’s time to shake it up!! ACC will invite the well-known instructors J- Lin and Rocky to feature the popular Zumba! It’s a fitness program that combines Latin and International music dance moves to form a fitness party atmosphere; Then, the most popular Pound Fit which is a workout that fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.
Not only for our Members! We also welcome you to invite your best friends to workout together! If you haven’t tried Zumba or Pound before, then you must join, because you will find out how much fun it is and get to make new friends here at the ACC!
We will open guests’ signup after April 14: Guest(s) must be accompanied by the responsible ACC Members.

Zumba Instructor – J Lin
J-Lin is Nike Master Trainer from Taiwan, and a Dance & Fitness Instructor at Taipei for Fitness Center & Studio and has been teaching since 2005. He Joined the Nike Instructor Network in 2008.
Now, he is teaching different type Nike Training Club /Hip Hop / Dancehall / Jazz Funk /Zumba Fitness/Cycling/ style dance of classes including ‘Cheer and Event Presenter’ engagements at major local and International events.
