The 2019 Membership Survey will close at 5:00 pm on Monday, November 4. Eligible Members have been sent an email link to access the Survey. A limited number of paper copies of the Survey are at Reception.

Members who complete the 18 highlighted questions in the Survey (those with the yellow star icon shown below) will be eligible for a draw prize for the following:
