Meditation is a practical yet powerful tool that allows for more ease, clarity, and centeredness amidst our busy modern life. Studies have shown that just 5 minutes of meditation a day can improve our mind, body, emotional, social, and even spiritual well-being, including that of lowered blood pressure, increased immunity, stronger resilience, and even a decreased speed in aging! The best part is: meditation is free and can be done by anyone! All it takes is you and your breath. Join Certified Meditation Coach and fellow ACC member Jessica on Friday 12/9/2022 for a free session of Group Meditation Circle. Whether you’re looking to start your mindfulness journey or deepen your existent meditation practice, a communal setting can be of great resource and support. Together, participants will have an opportunity to consciously pause, experience an easy guided meditation, share experiences, and ask questions in a safe community. All is welcome!

|Jessica is a 300H Certified Meditation Coach & Reiki Practitioner with a Spiritual Psychology Master and Maternal Wellbeing Advanced Certification from Columbia University. As a global citizen based in Taiwan, she combines her Eastern roots and Western training to co-create inclusive wellness spaces for individuals and groups. As a modern woman and mother of two, she applies a nurturing and intuitive approach in guiding her global clients and mentees. As a fellow human being living in today’s fast-paced world, she shares wellness tips & resources that are personal, practical, and backed by science & ancient wisdom for everyday usage.
