Plum wine is a popular alcoholic drink that is often made at home in Japan. You can keep it for a very long time, and the taste only gets better with every year.

Join us and make some delicious plum wine! We recommend leaving your plum wine for 3 months for the best flavor, so it’s perfect for a Summer drink!

▸Introduction to the lecturer: Lai Zheng-Huang, the person who knows how to cook the most, is also a plum fanatic.

The main business is indigo dyeing, and the side business is the research and development of ink, stationery, etc. In recent years, it has been committed to promoting Taiwan’s local characteristics and bringing Taiwan’s taste to the world.

▸About plums: The plums we choose are natural and organic plums that are grown in Xinyi Township, Nantou. the first generation farm owner is always proud to tell: “I bought a plum farm just because I love plums so much. It has been more than 30 years and I still have full passion for it.”
