-Vietnam Spring Rolls: Spring Rolls are a popular Vietnamese dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or a light meal. In this cooking session, you’ll learn how to make fresh and delicious spring rolls using rice paper, a variety of vegetables, and shrimp. You’ll also learn how to make the perfect dipping sauce to complement the flavors of the spring rolls.
