Calling All Nature Enthusiasts and Eco-Warriors!
Are you passionate about preserving the beauty of our natural environment?
Do you want to make a tangible difference in your community while having a great time with your family? Look no further! after last year’s successful event, our Member’s passion toward this meaningful activity continue to mount and we are going to work with SOW once again for another cleaning efforts. This time, we will move toward the Tamsui River mouth near Zhu Wei area.

What: River Cleaning Outing
Where: ZhuWei, Tamsui, Riverside Area
When: Saturday, May 11
Who: Volunteers of All Ages Welcome! (Kids encouraged and must be age 10 or above!)
**Community Service Certificate available upon request**
Why Volunteer?
- Protect the Environment: Help keep our rivers clean and safe for wildlife.
- Educational Experience: Engage kids in hands-on learning about ecology and conservation.
- Community Building: Bond with fellow members and families over a shared mission.
What to Expect:
- Trash Collection: Gloves and bags provided for safe and effective cleanup.
- Educational overview: SOW volunteers will brief each group before putting everyone into action.
- Bring you own water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the activity while eliminating any plastic bottle waste.
How to Participate:
- RSVP: Please confirm your attendance by May 8 to ensure we have enough supplies.
- Bring the Kids: This is a family-friendly event! Let’s inspire the next generation of environmental stewards.
