Craft & Sip: Kombucha Edition

Discover the Art of Fermentation, Taste Award-Winning Flavors, and Craft Your Own Brew!

Join us for a refreshing afternoon of creativity, sustainability, and flavor with Minmin Kombucha, a proudly eco-conscious brand leading the way in fermentation. This special workshop is hosted by Celine Chen, the inspiring founder of Minmin Kombucha.

Workshop Highlights

Kombucha 101

Learn what kombucha is, how it’s made, and why it’s great for your gut and your lifestyle — straight from an expert.

Taste the Gold

Enjoy a tasting of Minmin’s award-winning “Barrel-Aged Kombucha,” which clinched the Gold Medal in the Low & No Alcohol category at the 2024 International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC). This marks the first time a kombucha has received this prestigious award in the competition’s history.
