Give Joy This Christmas to A Child in Need

From Friday, November 7, to Thursday, December 4

Spread holiday cheer to children from new immigrant families in Taiwan who face financial difficulties. Since 1980, the Taipei American School Orphanage Club has teamed up with the Pearl S. Buck Foundation Taipei to grant the Christmas wishes of hundreds of these children, thanks to the community’s support.

This year, we’re proud to collaborate once more with TAS to bring hope and happiness to these children. Join us in sharing love and joy this holiday season.

 

How To Become A Christmas Angel?

Step 1 – Choose an Angel Card with the requested gift from the Angel Tree located in the lobby

Step 2 – Scan the QR code on the back of the Angel Card

Step 3 – Fill in your information in the Google form online

Step 4 – Purchase the requested gift and hand it in “unwrapped” together with the Angel Card to the Front Desk by 

Thursday, December 4! 

Let’s not leave any kids behind: if you have taken an Angel Card, please remember to scan the QR code on the back of the card to fill out the form for us to track the list and return the card with your unwrapped gift by the deadline.

The Pearl S. Buck Foundation (PSB) was founded to help children left behind after the Vietnam War, many born to American soldiers and Taiwanese women who faced stigma and hardship. Over time, PSB expanded its mission to support intercultural families in Taiwan, often between local men and partners from Vietnam, China, or the Philippines, by providing financial aid, education, and empowerment to help them overcome instability and build better lives.
