Notice of Club Member’s Personal Employees Access Rule Change

Dear Members,

We would like to inform you of an important change to the “Club Members’ Domestic Caregivers for Children Access Rule”, specifically regarding domestic caregivers for children accompanying members to the Club to perform their duties. This change is being made to ensure a consistent and improved experience for all members and guests, as well as to better align with operational needs.

Revised Club Members’ Domestic Caregivers for Children Access Rule:

  1. Domestic Caregivers (DCs) for children are not permitted within the Club premises on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays with the following exceptions: DCs are allowed in the California Room to accompany families for weekend brunch; DCs are allowed in the following private event rooms (Miami, San Francisco, California) to accompany families for private parties; DCs are allowed access to the Club on make-up days, as that day is considered a general workday (official government workdays, usually on Saturdays). DCs must sit with the families while they are in the Club dining venues. If DCs has been registered as a guest by a Club member on weekdays, they may not be registered as a guest by a Club member on weekends for the purpose of performing poolside duties.

Please note that this rule change is effective as of December 1, 2023. From this date onwards, Club members and their domestic caregivers are required to adhere to the new “Club Members’ Domestic Caregivers for Children Access Rule.”

We believe that these changes will help enhance the overall experience at the Club and ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to improve our services and policies.
