Instead of a formal menu, Members and Guests will “purchase” their preferred seafood combinations from Gyoson’s “Fresh-from-the Harbor” Fish Market.

Chef Bruce will be on hand to ensure your selections are prepared to your personal preferences and if required provide professional recommendations for preparation, style and presentation.


This event will be held in Gyoson on two days only:

Saturday, March 16 and Saturday, April 20.

From 11:30 to 13:00
