Meet the Candidates Night – October 29 (Expired)

The 2020 ACC’s Annual General Meeting ( “AGM”) will be held on Saturday, November 14 at 10 am in the California Room. On the same day – as is the Club’s tradition – we will have a festive “Extravaganza” party to encourage Members to come to the Club for a great party, and most importantly – to vote!
In accordance with the ACC Constitution: a minimum of 50% of our Voting Bondholders are required to be present (or by proxy) to meet a quorum.
A quorum for the General Meetings is met when over one half (1/2) of the Total Voting Bondholders is present or by proxy.
Further, voting Club Members need to approve the 2020 agenda items (governors, supervisors, budget proposal, CAPEX, etc.) in order for the Club’s operations to continue uninterrupted.
AGM information will be published and mailed as usual, while other materials will be posted in the Members Only section of the website and on Club notice boards. To help you to make an informed decision, two “Meet the Candidates” events have been scheduled:
- Meet the Candidates Night – Thursday, October 29, 6:30 to 8:30 pm
- Meet the Candidates Afternoon – Saturday, November 7, 3:00 to 5:00 pm
Venue: Sigis for both dates. Please mark one of these dates and times on your calendar.
Current Governors and Supervisors will be present to discuss present-day Club issues and to answer any questions you may have.
