This year’s ACC EXTRAVAGANZA 2020 EVENT presents: “ELATION”

5-piece professional group of extremely talented musicians demonstrating the highest level of showmanship as they present their energetic wide range of music styles that include: Modern Jazz, Dance / Pop, Motown, Latino, and R&B.

ELATION brings years of experience from touring the 5 – star hotel circuit throughout many countries that include the U.S.A, Canada, U.A.E., Thailand, Taiwan, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Macau, and Indonesia.

A true cooperative cast of musicians who are excited to be performing at this year’s 2020 ACC “AROUND THE WORLD” Extravaganza Party!!!

  • Sign up deadline is 5 days before the event day. Cancel before 6:00 pm, November 11 to avoid charges.
  • This event is not included under ACC’s minimum charge policy.

 

Notice – Important Reminder for November 14

The following closures and restrictions will be in effect to accommodate the 2020 Extravaganza – “Take Me To The World.“

From Friday, November 13 to Saturday, November 14

  • The Tennis court will be closed temporarily from 6:00 pm on Friday, November 13 to Saturday, November 14.
  • The party decoration setup will commence in different Club areas from Friday, November 13 to Saturday, November 14.

On Saturday, November 14

  • All Club Facilities will be closed temporarily from 2:00 – 6:00 pm
  • NOTE! From 2:00 pm, card access to the Club will be deactivated until the event commences (exit system will remain activated).
  • The Club will only be open to Extravaganza ticket holders between 6:00 pm to 11 pm.
  • The smoking area will only be available at the smoker’s lounge – adjacent to the Rendezvous.
  • We will provide an “all you can drink” service at the party. For your safety, we suggest traveling to and from the Club by taxi or public transportation. At the end of the event, the “Taxi Service Station” will be provided in the Lobby.
  • Taxis cannot enter the Club through the access in front of the lobby.
  • The ACC Parking Lot is only available for Members.
  • Guests can park their cars in the RTI (Radio Taiwan International) parking lot. But, guests must get an RTI permitted parking cards from the ACC security. Please note that the RTI parking lot will be closed at 12:00 midnight.

 

On the same day Saturday, November 14, the Valet Parking Service will be suspended to accommodate the 2020 Extravaganza.
