Hi-yah!!! Its Kids Taekwondo Fitness Time!!!

This session is a Taekwondo-based physical fitness and is not only a comprehensive kind of Sport, but it is also the foundation of many other athletics. Students could be trained and improve progressively in many areas, such as quick physical reaction, muscular strength, and physical flexibility and coordination.

We will also help students cultivate a real interest in sports and help them eventually begin practice on their own. When their ability progresses, they would be able to face different kinds of situations and have fun doing exercises.


Coach: David Lin

David is a Swimming Coach with the Club for 9 years. His other passion, which he has been learning and practicing Taekwondo from the age of 7 and had never stopped even after entering the National Taiwan University of Sport. With many experiences coaching his students, David has the enthusiasm in teaching and hope to help his students practice exercise in their daily lives, regardless of age. If one can develop an interest in exercise and start to do exercise regularly at a young age, it would be of good benefit for them to lead a healthy and balanced life ahead.
