Adjustment of Club Restaurant Operating Hours

Starting October 1, 2025, the Club will be making a slight adjustment to the operating hours of select Food & Beverage outlets. This decision follows a detailed review of Member dining patterns, benchmarking against comparable restaurants, and with the approval of the Board.

New Operating Hours:

• Sigi’s and The Terrace – close at 9:30 PM (previously 10:00 PM)
• Rendezvous – continues to close at 11:00 PM

Standardized order times:

• Last food orders across all outlets: 9:00 PM
• Last drink orders at Rendezvous: 10:30 PM

Our analysis shows that the majority of dinners finish around 8:00 PM, with most Members leaving by 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, outlet usage is very low. These adjustments reflect that reality, while also aligning with operating hours seen at other comparable hotels and restaurants in the city.

This change allows us to:

• Align outlet hours with observed dining patterns
• Ensure consistency and clarity across all outlets
• Enhance staff efficiency and well-being by reducing unnecessary late shifts
• Continue offering a relaxing late-evening beverage experience at Rendezvous
