In celebration of International Women’s Day this March, Sigis presents a refined evening honoring the achievements of women in wine and the culinary arts. This exclusive dinner celebrates the legacy of Au Bon Climat, one of California’s most respected wineries, and its continued excellence under the leadership of the Clendenen family.

Founded by visionary winemaker Jim Clendenen, Au Bon Climat is globally acclaimed for its elegant, Burgundian-style wines that express the cool-climate terroir of Santa Barbara. Today, the winery continues to embody his philosophy and vision through the next generation, honoring tradition while embracing the future of fine winemaking.
Wine Highlights – featuring 6 top-rated wines from Au Bon Climat:
- Chardonnay Santa Barbara 2023 – vibrant, balanced, and fruit-driven

- Chardonnay Nuits Blanches Like Minds 2022 – rich, complex, and critically acclaimed (93 pts, Wine Advocate)

- Pinot Noir Santa Barbara 2023 – bright, youthful, and silky

- Pinot Noir Santa Maria La Bauge Au-Dessus 2020 – structured, earthy, and age-worthy (94 pts, Vinous)

- Pinot Noir Isabelle 2021 – the winery’s flagship Pinot, blended from the best barrels (95 pts, Wine Enthusiast)

- Pinot Noir Larmes De Grappe 2021 – whole-cluster fermented, elegant and rare (93 pts, Jeb Dunnuck)

Complementing these elegant wines, we welcome Guest Chef Kevin Lim (Read Chef’s Introduction here), whose culinary artistry blends bold Malaysian flavors with refined French techniques. A Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef with experience under Iron Chef Ming Tsai and Michelin-starred kitchens in Singapore, Chef Lim brings both cultural depth and modern finesse to the table. His six-course tasting menu—crafted exclusively for this event—is inspired by tradition and innovation, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the expressive character of each wine.
Let’s raise a glass to excellence, heritage, and the inspiring women shaping the future of wine.
Limited seating available – reserve early to join this unique celebration.

We will provide refreshing Vohena Deep Sea Water, a premium Korean brand, during the dinner.
