Join us for a refined evening of fine wine and culinary exploration as we present the Escudo Rojo Baronesa P Vertical Tasting Dinner, featuring one of Chile’s most prestigious Bordeaux-style wines from Baron Philippe de Rothschild.
This exclusive tasting journey showcases four exceptional vintages — 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, offering a rare opportunity to experience the evolution of Baronesa P across four distinct growing seasons and stylistic expressions.
The evening begins with a welcome drink — a refreshing glass of Escudo Rojo Gran Reserva Chardonnay 2022 — followed by a thoughtfully curated dinner designed to highlight the character, structure, and elegance of each vintage.
We are honored to welcome François Mateo, Asia Pacific Director, and Martin Ginoux, Brand Ambassador, special guests from the winery, who will guide us through this tasting journey and share insights into the vineyards, vintages, and philosophy behind Baronesa P.
