Your ACC Communication Options (Expired)

We want to ensure that the communications we send to you are useful and relevant. To help achieve this we have introduced more options on the ACC website for controlling the type of communications you would like to receive from the Club.

When you log in to the Members Only Area of the website you will find some additional page options on the left under a heading of ‘My Communication Preferences’ as follows:

Accent & eNews

This page enables you to control:

  1. Whether you wish to receive printed copies of Accent magazine
  2. What types of eNews you would like to receive from us

Booking Notifications (for you and your children)

This is an enhancement of the existing booking notifications option page that you may already have used if you have been booking Fitness Classes online.

You can now choose to have notifications also go to the Dependants (children) within your family if they are included in your booking. The options on this page will control notifications for all future types of online booking at the club too – look out for news about online booking options for other Club facilities and services in the coming weeks!

Unspent F&B Minimum Reminders

This is a new automated service that sends you a notification message approximately 7 days before the end of your billing period informing you if you have an unspent amount remaining at that time.

You can choose to have the reminder sent to you by email, or by SMS to your mobile phone, or by both methods. You can also deactivate the service completely by un-checking both communication options. Full details about Unspent F&B Minimum Reminders service can be viewed here.
