We would like to first thank all the Members who provided their time and service to the Club by participating in this year’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). It was good to see a larger number of Member watch the presentation and take an active interest in their Club. And as it is always an exceptional challenge to reach the quorum and meet the physical presence requirement, your involvement was greatly appreciated.

We are happy to announce that we successfully completed the 2017 Annual General Meeting and Board Elections, supervised by our auditors, Deloitte and Touché.

We are pleased to announce the final results of the 2017 Annual General Meeting and Board Elections held last Saturday, November 18, 2017, as compiled by Deloitte & Touché.

The elected Governors and Supervisors are in alphabetical order.

All items on the agenda under “Other Business” passed. The increase in the Membership Fees will go into effect immediately. The increase in the monthly dues will go into effect for the January dues billing which will be processed on either your January 15, 2018, or January 31, 2018, billing statement, depending on your billing cycle.

The Club is commencing the tender process for the Renovation of the Members Services Areas (Nursery, Kid’s Club, Function Room and Family Change Room) and the Renovation of Sigis and Sigis Kitchen. The Club conducted the initial design presentation with seven (7) qualified construction contractors to participate in the Tender for this work. We will keep you posted once we have more information regarding the progress.

The Management and the Board would like to again thank everyone who participated in this year’s Annual General Meeting and we would also like to thank all of the candidates for their willingness to contribute their time and expertise to lead ACC onward toward our Vision of the “Best Club in Asia”.
