Cancellation Policy for Hair & Spa Appointments
Please arrive “on time” for your scheduled appointment
In order to ensure quality service and as a common courtesy to the next Member’s booking, we may adjust or cancel your booking if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment.
In the event that a Member fails to cancel an appointment or is a no-show on three consecutive occasions; that Member will be asked to make an appointment at the Spa Reception only on the day they require hair and spa treatments.
