The long summer holidays are over. As we all know it can be difficult to stay active while being in “vacation mode”.
Therefore, to get back on track, ACC will be offering a new training course for our female members starting in September.
The key elements of this course include proper hip muscles (glutes) activation and body line.
Besides helping to achieve the commonly desired curved hips shape, learning how to properly activate the glutes has several other benefits. Maintaining the so-called posterior pelvic tilt (tucking the tailbone) during certain exercises decreases the likelihood of lower back injuries. Also, the correct position of the hips leads to better activation of the abdominal muscles (abs) helping to develop a strong and toned core.
Schedule: Sessions will start in September
- Every Monday: From 11:00 am – 12:00 noon ( 3rd, 10th & 17th / 24th Public Holiday no session )
- Every Thursday: From 11:00 am – 12:00 noon ( 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th )
Class Size: Maximum 6 Ladies each class / Minimum 3 Ladies for the session to start
