Calisthenics Body Tone (Expired)

 

Calisthenics refers to Bodyweight movements with the goal of toning and shaping compound muscle groups by incorporating the principle of Time under tension.  This class has 3 round. The first round is Lower Body, Second round is Core, and Third round is upper body. Each round will have 6-8 exercises to take all muscles to complete fatigue to elicite lean muscle tissue growth. Caution – Beginners will feel tremendous burn during this workout and soreness for next 2-3 days for starters.
