An interval training class that mixes cardio and strength training. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This is a full-body workout class that is designed to keep you on your toes!


Instructor – Lillian Lee

Lillian started her fitness journey back in San Francisco, California. She is always eager to learn all about wellness and willing to try out different type of fitness or wellness trends. She was inspired and started teaching a variety of classes like functional training to Pilates.

Lillian has had the privilege of sharing and teaching to her clients for more than 6 years. With her deep passion for wellness, she’s looking forward to bringing a relaxing but also very exciting class integrating the synergy between the two.
