Join Instructor Christoph Wannowski, certified CrossFit Level 1 coach with extensive experience in personal training and conducted over 1000 group class of coaching hours. The focus on both his students’ as well as his own training towards quality of movement.
With consistency comes intensity, therefore his personal challenge always is to achieve movement with full-body integrity rather than lifting the most weight or running the fastest mile. With this credo, he’s been coaching age groups ranging from 5-65 years for 3 years now.
