For Members who practice regularly; deepen your practice with a ‘flow style’.
A ‘flow style’ combines both breathing and body movement, with the focus more on bodyline alignment to achieve optimum benefits. If you want to try a style that requires mental and physical emphasis – then this 60-minute class is exactly what you’re looking for. Depending on ability, we will advance to a series of wheel poses, and headstands.
Instructor – Nina Chung
Hi! I am Nina. I have practiced and taught yoga for about 10 years. My passion for teaching is to bring to people the knowledge gained throughout my career. I fully understand the difficulties for people new to yoga and as such my emphasis is the correct combination of breathing and yoga movements to improve my students’ conditioning.
So! Come and join me for 60 minutes of active yoga, and let’s work together for better health!
