Ready to start a fitness program? Measure your fitness level with a few simple tests. Then use the results to set fitness goals and track your progress.
Once you know your starting point, you can plan where you want to go. Get started with few simple test below.
- In Body Test
- 1 minute step up (Target heart rate zone)
- 1 minute sit up test (Core strength and endurance)
- 1 minute bodyweight squat (Lower body strength and endurance)
- Sit-and-reach test (Flexibility)
