Tennis Player’s Conditioning & Agility Workshop

Sessions: Tuesdays & Fridays
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Focus Group: Open to all adult Tennis Players
Capacity: Min 4 – Max 8 participants per class

Location: Functional Training Center (MPSC 2 nd Floor)
Take your game to the next level with this 5-week, twice-weekly workshop designed to boost fitness,
coordination, and on-court agility. Led by experienced trainers, each session focuses on dynamic movement, strength, and tennis-specific footwork.
Special emphasis will be placed on Fall Smart techniques, supporting those with balance and coordination challenges to move with greater control and confidence.
With small group sizes (max 8 participants), you’ll receive personalized coaching to sharpen your performance and minimize injury risk—both on and off the court.
