NEW! Full-Body Strength Circuit

This high-intensity circuit is designed to build raw strength, explosive power, and core stability. By rotating through four distinct training modalities, you’ll break through plateaus and challenge your physical limits in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

- Sleds: Build lower-body drive and explosive power while maximizing calorie burn.
- Kettlebells: Strengthen the posterior chain and glutes for superior functional force.
- TRX Suspension: Leverage your own body weight to challenge deep core stability.
- Bodyweight: Focus on precision, mobility, and total-body coordination.
