NEW! Full-Body Strength Circuit

This high-intensity circuit is designed to build raw strength, explosive power, and core stability. By rotating through four distinct training modalities, you’ll break through plateaus and challenge your physical limits in a fast-paced, engaging environment.

 Training Components

  • Sleds: Build lower-body drive and explosive power while maximizing calorie burn.
  • Kettlebells: Strengthen the posterior chain and glutes for superior functional force.
  • TRX Suspension: Leverage your own body weight to challenge deep core stability.
  • Bodyweight: Focus on precision, mobility, and total-body coordination.
