In the gentle embrace of silky hammocks, discover how to find balance and trust as you sway and float in the air. Supported by the fabric, aerial yoga helps reduce the effects of gravity, allowing your body to open, extend, and relax with effortless grace.

This beginner-friendly class welcomes everyone — no dance or fitness background needed. Step by step, you’ll build core strength, lengthen your spine, and cultivate awareness and mindfulness. Let the fabric become your wings as you embark on a graceful, uplifting journey for both body and soul.

Limited seats — reserve your spot early and experience the joy of flight! Each class with minimum 3 places and maximum 5 places to ensure you get more attention from the instructor.

 

Instructor Bio

  • Founder of an aerial circus theater studio and independent aerial artist

  • Former professional aerial performer with FOCA Formosa Circus Art

  • Master’s Degree in Competitive Sports Training (Specialization: Wushu & Tai Chi)

Certifications:

  • Advanced Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification – Om Factory, New York

  • Level 1 Silks Teacher Training (50 hrs) – Paper Doll Militia, USA

  • Yoga Wheel Teacher Certification – OneYoga Hong Kong x Yoga Alliance (USA)

  • Advanced Professional Aerial Hammock Instructor Certification – Fairy Dance Studio, China

  • Third-Degree Black Belt in Wushu – Chinese International Wushu Federation

  • Class C Wushu Judge – Chinese National Wushu Association

  • Certified Sports Coach (Wushu) – Ministry of Education, Taiwan

  • TRAA Rope Access Technician Certification – Taiwan Rope Access Association

  • Class C Tree Climbing Coach Certification – Taiwan Arboriculture & Tree Climbing Sports Association
