Mae Sun

Personal Trainer

Mae Sun was always an athlete growing up. She enjoyed the work ethic and drive of being an athlete working towards your goals. She studied Exercise Science and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. She has been teaching fitness classes and training for almost 10 years.

She has also coached high school swim and track and field. She really enjoys helping student athletes accomplish their goals because she believes that not only do athletes need to be stronger, but also in the right mindset in order to accomplish their goals. She wants to build confidence in her clients by helping them push themselves to reach their fitness goals.

If you just SHOW UP – anything is possible – and you won’t regret it.

If you have a body, you are an athlete. Anyone can be and do anything if they put their mind to it. I make sure my clients will get the workout they want and always end with a smile. Certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who not only enjoys making people sweat, but also making sure they are having fun!
