Group Fitness Training – Ladies Clinic

Schedule Sessions in October

 

Due to popular demand the group class for our female members will continue in October.

Body line and hip muscles activation will still be key elements of this training course. Each session will follow a similar routine incorporating exercises that can be scaled to any fitness level.

On Monday all exercises will be performed using your own body weight with an emphasis on technique and conditioning. In addition to body weight exercises.

On Thursday will include exercises using resistance bands and weights at the end of each session.

The course will be taught in a small group setting of up to six people to allow for more detailed and personal instructions by the coach.

 

Schedule Sessions in October

  • Every Monday ( 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th ) From 11:00 am – 12:00 noon
  • Every Thursday ( 4th, 11th & 18th ) From 11:00 am – 12:00 noon

 

Class Size

  • Maximum 6 Ladies each class
  • Minimum 3 Ladies for the session to start
