Take your tennis skills to new heights with our Tennis Player’s Conditioning & Agility course. Over six weeks, this intensive program targets overall fitness, conditioning, and on-court agility.

Guided by seasoned trainers, sessions incorporate dynamic exercises and tailored workouts targeting key muscle groups and movement patterns. From footwork drills to swift lateral motions, you’ll gain the strength and speed needed to have a competitive edge and outplay opponents.

Twice-weekly sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays ensure balanced training. Small class sizes of max 8 participants ensure personalized attention for optimal benefit. Refine your skills and unlock your court potential!

 

Group 1

Duration: September 5 to October 6 (5 weeks)

Sessions: Tuesdays & Fridays

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Focus Group: Open to all adult tennis players

Capacity: Min 4 – Max 8 participants per class

Location: Functional Training Center (MPSC 2nd Floor)

 

 

Group 2
