July/August Kettlebell Swing Challenge

Get ready to swing into action with our July/August Kettlebell Swing Challenge! This challenge is open to both males and females, with the goal of achieving the highest number of swings in one minute using the appropriate kettlebell weight.

Challenge Details:

  • Date: July 15 to August 31
  • Objective: Perform the highest number of kettlebell swings in one minute.
  • Weights:
    o Males: 20kg kettlebell
    o Females: 12kg kettlebell
  • Rules:
    o Swing the kettlebell using proper form, from the floor to shoulder height.
    o Your swings will be done under staff supervision.
    o The participant with the highest number of swings wins.

How to Participate:

  • Sign up at the reception desk on the 2nd floor of the Fitness Center.
    Two Groups: Males/Females
  • Prizes:
    Terrace Salad Bar Voucher for two, for first place male and female. (Weekdays only)
