Before discovering aerial yoga, our instructor was a devoted yogi—until a chance encounter with the hammock transformed her practice. Floating in the air opened up a whole new sense of space and possibility—movements once difficult on the mat became effortless and freeing.
In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn the essentials: adjusting your fabric height, exploring front and back inversions, enhancing hip and spinal mobility, deep stretching, and building arm and core strength through simple, guided sequences.
As our instructor often reminds students, “Exercise is about becoming a better version of yourself, not about comparing with others. Each class, just compare yourself to who you were before—even a 0.1% improvement is progress.”
Come take your first flight and experience how lightness, strength, and confidence grow from mastering the basics.

Admission Fees:
NT$200 per Member
An additional Guese fee of NT$500 (weekday)/NT$1,000 (weekend) applies.
Course Levels:
- Level I- Basic measurements for fabric height, front and back inversions, hip mobility, spinal mobility, stretching, arm strength training, and core training. Basic sequencing.
- Level II- Fundamental poses and tricks.
- Level III- Advanced poses and combinations (featuring themed moves for Mid-Autumn Festival, Halloween, and Christmas).
