Billy is an experienced water fitness instructor and indoor cycling instructor. He is certified as a fitness instructor and group exercise leader by the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also certified by the Chinese Taipei Bodybuilding Federation as a personal trainer and has worked for the federation in that capacity. He is qualified to give first aid by both the Red Cross and Taiwan Athletic Trainers Society.
