Focusing on the sensations that arise as you breathe through your asana practice, you bridge the separation between body and mind, allowing you to become fully present with your body. This gentle yet in-depth practice consists of a sequence of asana that increase flexibility and strengthens your entire body, releasing the chronic tension that can dull vitality.
Instructor – Nadine
Nadine is a wellness expert who fundamentally believe that yoga doesn’t “make life better”. Instead it makes her “better at life!” Having worked in the corporate world for over 10 years in both Asia and the US, Nadine discovered how yoga was able to help her manage her mental and physical well being so that she can perform well in all aspects of her life. Yoga’s ability to help bring balance, light and peace to practitioners even during their darkest times is the secret skill that Nadine wants to share with her students.
