Entry forms are available from Friday, September 2, at the Pool Office.

Each competitor must complete an entry form that can be obtained from the Swimming Pool Office OR download the 2022 ACC Swim Championships Entry Form.

Completed entry forms to be submitted to the Swimming Pool Office or emailed to swim@americanclub.org.tw
